Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know the Public Relations committee will
have a brief conference call this upcoming Wednesday,

September, 28, 2016, at 7:30pm

Via conference line 641-715-3273 and code PRPR

We will be briefly discussing convention (October 28 -30).

I also want to be sure you all (on the committee) receive the basic
convention info (like the bulletin). We will be doing follow up calls with
agency contacts (to better the chances they share our information with
those who would want to come to convention), and I will make sure you each
have a split of that list (which you'll receive shortly)
