Hi Glenn

Attached is a draft flyer giving a brief description of our upcoming BRAL 
contest for kids. This will now involve five states with Illinois taking the 
lead.

As you can see the BRAL contest is coming up fast, and we need a PR effort 
within Illinois. This was done by the PR Committee last year, and I hope a 
similar effort can be done this year.

I plan on being at the meeting on Wednesday to answer any questions.

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know the Public Relations committee will
have a brief conference call this upcoming Wednesday,

We will be briefly discussing convention (October 28 -30).

I also want to be sure you all (on the committee) receive the basic
convention info (like the bulletin). We will be doing follow up calls with
agency contacts (to better the chances they share our information with
those who would want to come to convention), and I will make sure you each
have a split of that list (which you'll receive shortly)
