hi Melissa. I would report this issue to the rideshare testing program. I coordinate this program in the Chicago area. Go to
www.nfb.org/rideshare
fill out the online questionnaire. you’ll then be contacted by someone in Tim Elder’s legal team who is working with Lyft and Uber. please  contact me with any questions.
