Michal,

I'm glad you had a good voting experience. It seems that over the 
years, that has been the case for pretty much everybody outside of the 
greater Chicago area. Unfortunately, many of us have learned to expect 
problems and more often than not, we have them. There are ways to 
address the problem but sadly, the suggested remedies seem not to help 
all that much.
