Hello everyone,

For those of you who will be attending convention, I will be holding a
social gathering in my room on July 7 from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. We will have
snacks and drinks. The cost is $10 per person. Please RSVP and give your

We will have chips and pretzels. But please indicate whether you would like
a veggie tray or cheese and crackers, and your preferred beverage. This will
help us decide what to purchase and how much. Thank you.

This will be our only real chance to socialize as a whole, because once the
convention starts, we will all be running off to our various meetings. So, I
hope to see all of you on July 7.
