Greetings,
           Some of the issues with CTA include not enough lighting on the
stairways  going up and down; no security on the  trains or platforms
especially at night, No larger o print or braille laden signage. The
machines from which passengers can retrieve riding passes, is not
necessarily user friendly for the visually impaired, These machines should
at least speak. the wording and buttons larger and braille laden. More
"panic buttons should be available..Elevators should be a little wider and
again  geared around visually impaired individuals. etc. These are just a
few thoughts.
