[il-talk] Problem with Schaumburg dial a ride

First of all, I would ask why the driver is not allowed to use the horn 
when he/she arrives? If it is only a matter of policy, try to insist 
that the policy be changed at your meeting. Secondly, if the bus has a 
loud speaker, could they use it to announce your name? If that is not 
an option, ask that the driver call you or text you when he/she gets 
there and have the driver give you directions to the vehicle. If that 
does not work, then ask that the driver leave his/her vehicle to get 
you. Pace drivers do this all the time. Why can't it be done with a 
dial-a-ride vehicle? Just some thoughts.
