[il-talk] Problem with Schaumburg dial a ride

Hi Denise. According to the supervisor who I talked with a couple days ago, the driver cannot leave the bus and come get a client at the door do  to  liability concerns. She also said that the driver is not allowed to blow the horn. What then, could be an audio component? I will definitely point some of these things  out.
