Send an e-mail to nfb-seniors-request at nfbnet.org Put the word Subscribe in
the subject-line.
You will get a subscription confirmation e-mail, to which you just send a
blank reply.

You should then get a welcome message.

To post to the listserv
Nfb-seniors at nfbnet.org.

You do the same thing if you wish to unsubscribe, but put Unsubscribe in the
subject-line.

Since you posted to the list, it looks like you've already signed up anyway.
