This list is sponsored by the National Federation of the Blind, NFB, and the Seniors Division of the NFB. This is the NFB-Seniors list. It is an announce-only list and will be used to disseminate information to our membership. About NFB-Seniors list- Its main purpose is to inform and educate our membership; without overloading the inbox. Expect that you will receive only messages meting these guidelines: Division business; notice of special events; and other information deemed to be of a valuable nature to enhance the lives of Seniors living with blindness. The nature of restrictions associated with this list, relate only to the posting of a message. When anyone wishes to post a message, it will be reviewed by designated members of the NFB seniors Division’s board. If the stated purpose and content of the message meets the above guidelines, it will be posted. Note: The joining of this list is not restricted. In fact, we encourage membership, by anyone who is interested in learning about the human potential to live with blindness, and not allow it to stop them from living the life, he or she wants. Subscribing to NFB-Seniors
Subscribe to NFB-Seniors by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
