Hello, 

As someone who has reached out to me about vaccines or expressed interest in more information on COVID-19 vaccinations recently, I wanted to provide you with some important updates. 

*	On March 10th, the mass vaccination site at the United Center <https://iqconnect.house.gov/iqextranet/iqClickTrk.aspx?&cid=IL09JS&crop=14280.13805857.3699704.329204&report_id=&redirect=https%3a%2f%2fgoo.gl%2fmaps%2fZE2qSXJbwHebGF8A9&redir_log=926337285583240>  will open. Nearly 110,000 vaccinations will be delivered through this site in this initial round of appointments. 

*	Starting tomorrow, Thursday, March 4th, at 8:30am, people 65 and over can register for appointments for this site. Please know I share in your frustrations and concerns about accessing these vaccines, but am heartened by recent developments this week, with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine approval and agreement from Merck to manufacture more doses. President Biden has said we should be able to have most adults vaccinated by the end of May.
