[IL-Talk] a note to at large members

Dear  At Large members,

Last night during the meeting we had to table the May minutes for a 
third time. The reason they are being tabled is that the secretary does 
not have a record of who attended the meeting./ If you attended the 
meeting, please e-mail the secretary at billreif at ameritech.net within 
the next week so that he can complete the minutes. If you do this, that 
gives the secretary two weeks to do the minutes, as I will need them by 
them for posting one week prior to the actual meeting.
