[IL-Talk] audio description

Hi Sharon,
I saw the movie at Block 37 on December 24. Initially, the headset did not work but I received another one and it worked fine.

Hi Sharon. When I went to see West side story, the headset worked fine. I think I only remember one or two times and all the years that I've gone to AMC  in South Barrington where the headsets didn't work. So maybe it depends on the theater.
