I went to see West Side Story at AMC Block 37 on December 27, and a friend
saw it at the Yorktown AMC on Christmas Day. Neither of us could get the AD
headsets to work. In fact, the manager at Block 37 came into the theater
with me with a second headset, neither worked and he said he could get every
channel except vision. Has anyone else had similar experiences to this with
AMC and West Side Story?

A few years ago, maybe 3-4, tests were done at another AMC and their AD
equipment problems. I participated in those tests and wish I knew the firm
that dealt with that action. Either AMC strikes again or continues to do so
or there is something wrong with the track from that movie.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
