[IL-Talk] Online Voting

I just called St. Clair County Election offices.  They have no knowledge of
online voting.  This is despite my hearing on the local news and Stl NPR
that all of Illinois is trying online voting for blind.

Lady was actually amazed when I told her I beta tested the online voting
website.

She has put an inquiry with the supervisor. Hopefully I hear back good news.
