Yeah I actually tried this out a couple of times couple of weeks ago. It's
actually a good way to give them some feedback on what they're trying to
do. I don't really understand what they mean by a cloud-based phone system
but I wanted to call it and find out. And so it is something I would
recommend doing. Just use it like you would normally when you call
newsline. I will have to say when I did it I went back to use the regular
news line number and had to put back some of my settings. But that was
because of the voice that I like to use all of the time. That did change
and I did let them know about it when I went back to the regular number I
call. But yeah just play around with it. And give them the feedback.
