Hi,

It is just stating your old voucher has expired and now the 40 ride voucher is active. You can check by acting like your going to take a ride somewhere and it should still show the subsidy.

Hi all,

I’m confused about the Uber rideshare program. I got an email last week stating that I had been approved for 40 trips a month. Today I just got an email from Uber indicating that the voucher wasn’t available anymore and it had been canceled. I wonder what this means.
