Attention all RAP Users, I had planned to get this out tonight as I'm in
the middle of work but since my previous message did not suffice and I
understand the email from Uber this morning was confusing.

If you applied for the increase from 30 to 40 rides prior to June 15th, you
may have received two automated emails from Uber, one today and one within
the last few days. These are not generated or controlled by PACE in any way
at all. These come from Uber's automated system and are always sent when
any type of voucher, be it ours or another that Uber offers, either
expires/is cancelled or when a new one is loaded onto your account. In this
case they loaded the 40 ride voucher ahead of time to ensure it was ready
for July 1 and Uber's system sent us an auto-generated message to tell us
we had a new voucher and then today the 30 ride voucher expired so we also
received a message to let us know the 30 ride voucher was done.

You can ensure that your 40 ride pass is active by going to your Wallet
section in the Uber App and selecting "Voucher". It should list both the
new 40 ride pass under "Available" as well as list the expired 30 ride pass
under "Unavailable". You also, as others have correctly pointed out, and
what I did when I too was concerned when I woke up to this email this
morning, can check that your discount is still applied by pretending to
order a ride and checking that the pass is active.

Either way, even if this hadn't happened, I hope that all who received
notice they were approved planned to check that they had the 40 ride
voucher loaded and that it was working since today is the start of the 40
rides. If for some reason your voucher was not applied or it's not working
please contact PACE at (312) 913-3110. If you applied after that date it
may take until August 1 for your 40 ride voucher to be loaded and active.

With thanks,
Kira
