Where is your convention? Will the hotel allow you to bring in snacks? Often they will not.

I would like all of you to join me and begin thinking about making our hospitality room truly hospitable, warm, and friendly where convention attendees just cannot help dropping by.

Since the convention will be in the middle of November I think that it may not be a bad idea to provide hot drinks such as tea. We more than likely could have several kinds of tea bags for convention attendees to enjoy. I, for one, like hot drinks over cold.

I also would like to ask our chapter members what they could bring willingly. Once I know what our chapter members could volunteer to provide I will ask if people from other chapters would like to volunteer.
