[Jayhawk-chapter] river city reading festival and proclamation

Thanks Jim, for attending the commission meeting on Tuesday. We just can't make it on a Tuesday--actually weeknights in general are pretty tough.
And thanks Chikako, Jim and Sidney for being at the River City Reading Festival table this Saturday. Luther is in the district piano competition in Baldwin. This is his first year to participate, so I don't know what the schedule is like, but if we can, we'll come by afterward!
I appreciate everybody getting out there for our chapter!
