[Jayhawk-chapter] National Convention Update

Hello Jayhawker Federationists,

 

I am glad to see this and the other NFBNEt membership lists are up and
running after a brief but necessary period of service outage which was
needed to migrate operations to a new state-of-the-art server. It will be a
cloud storage service, so who knows what plans Dave Andrews has for the old
server that was hogging up space in his basement. <lol>

 

I am also excited to announce the following Jayhawk Chapter members will get
to attend the 2013 national convention in Orlando with expenses at least
partialy covered by the Kansas affiliate, thanks to a generous grant from
the Kansas City Community Foundation. These are Cheryl and Ron Miller,
Chikako,  and myself. Congratulations to all and I'm sure this year's
convention attendees will have lots of information and insights to share
when we meet again in August. I hope to see you on June 8 at the Holiday Inn
Convention Center for the collaborative strategies seminar.
