[Jayhawk-chapter] Revised Minutes for February

Hi Everyone, 

I’m really sorry. I’m not going to make it to the meeting this afternoon. I have to work today until who knows when. I review documents for Apple, and I’m trying to get through a huge project before I have to fly to Baltimore on Wed. I’ll be representing the Commonwealth Braille and Talking book Cooperative at the ePub conference there. 

I’m going to try extra hard to make it to the meeting next month. My life should calm down a bit after the 6th of April. Hope to see you then. I’ll report anything interesting from the ePub conference.
