Hi all,

I know that some of you have already been contacted about this, but I thought I would pass it along in case some of you hadn’t heard about it and would like to join us. Below is some information that will explain the project.

> We are changing the venue for the beaded quilt project this next Tuesday, April 24 at 6 PM. It will be held at the community room at 924 Delaware which adjoins a patio with the decade coffee shop at 920 Delaware. We needed more table space and wheelchair accessibility. I will provide water and will order pizza and encouraging people to get a drink from the coffee shop since they are letting us have the room for free. People could either go in on pizza or bring a finger food snack or dessert if they wish. The room has a wood-burning stove so we are encouraged to dress according to the weather. I am trying to get permission to run a portable heater if it’s cool that evening.
> If it’s possible to let me know how many people would be coming that would be great! I am looking forward to this project and connecting a lot of interesting and fun people together!
