During today’s meeting a motion was placed on the floor to provide Financial assistance at the rate of $150 each for Brendy and myself to attend this year‘s national convention in Orlando Florida. Your vote via email as requested due to the lack of quorum at today’s meeting. Please be advised that our state affiliate board will be extending assistance at $1200 per person. If the motion passes by simple majority vote, assistance from the chapter will supplement that extended to Brendy and myself by the state organization.

Please get your vote into me by Saturday, May 19, exactly one week from today. Regardless of relationships you have within our chapter, you are encouraged to cast your vote according to what you truly believe to benefit the overall good of the chapter. We currently have $891.82 which includes a combination of our bank account and undeposited funds from our recent fundraiser. If the motion passes, there would be a total disbursement of $300. Thank you all for your prompt attention to this item.
