Good Morning Rob, 

I am so sorry to hear about your wife's foot fracture.  I wish for her a complete and quick recovery.  I also wanted to let you know that my ride did get me to downtown Lawrence however, with the KU game and the KU Parents Weekend traffic, we ran about 10 minutes late plus the time to locate the room, I just felt that it was best not to interrupt the meeting.  I will plan on attending October's meeting, and I will plan on seeing you at Toastmasters!   I have inserted a Winnie the Poo "Get Well Soon Susan" greeting.

Again Susan has sustained a fracture in her right foot during a freak accident at home yesterday when she fell in our living room. She was taken to LMH ER for x-rays and was admitted to room 378. She will be evaluated today by an orthopedic surgeon and we will see what happens. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and I will keep you up-to-date as things develop.
