[Jayhawk-Chapter] Change in chapter meeting plans

Good  afternoon Jayhawk federationists,

Due to this week's inclement weather and safety concerns, tomorrow's chapter meeting will be held via teleconference. We will present the January presidential release and will bring everyone up to date on the upcoming Washington Seminar, state convention and other business.
