Also, employers practice of not informing candidates that an application 
has been rejected. They say they get too many applications to follow up, 
but if they have a decent HR system it's just an automated email when 
they click 'reject'.

It's not fair at all to leave applicants wondering where they are in the 
process no matter the size of the company.
