Hi Madison, 
This is the kind of question this list is for. The nice part about it is that you will get many intelligent responses. Mine is to include your volunteer experience as part of your work experience if you don’t have much paid work experience. Employers are more interested in what you have done and know how to do than they are about whether you were paid. Call that section of your resume “Experience”. The education section should be called “Education”. 

Voluntarism is very important with employers today, so as you get more paid work experience, you can develop a “Volunteer Work” category. Always remember that the purpose of your resume is to advertise yourself to employers, and everyone knows that it is designed to help you look your best.
