[Job-Discussions] remote customer service jobs

Hello I'd like to hear from those who have or who are working remotely as a
customer service person. I worked for Anthem for several months on a
contract but work demands decreased and I along with about 100 others were
not needed.

I have applied at Verizon and passed the interview but presently there are
no openings in my state.
