[Job-Discussions] Questions about accessibility for a job that I applied and got

First of all, super congrats on getting the offer! :-) It is my understanding, although an attorney can correct me if I’m wrong, that an offer cannot be rescinded due to the need for reasonable accommodations. So I think you have it! :-) When they say that if they cannot accommodate that the job will not exist, I think they mean that since they cannot resend the offer, they must make the job disappear. However, if they did that and then re-advertised, you would have them in court! Hopefully an attorney with more knowledge will comment

However after I got my offer and filled out all my tax forms. We started talking about my accessibility needs. They are now trying to figure out if the software will be accessible. But are basically telling me that if it's not that the job will not exist anymore. However they are working with a company called conduent which runs their call center software. And I'm trying to find out if anybody has had any experience with this company? Also if they have if these call center softwares are accessible with jobs for windows. Any help or guidance in the right direction and navigating this situation would be grateful. Mike
