[Job-Discussions] Working for a NIB agency

I have an interview next week with a NIB agency for a contract closeout
specialist position.

I have heard great things, and I have heard some not so great things about
working for a NIB agency. I am speculating that the truth is somewhere in
the middle, but I would like to hear about personal experiences if possible.

This position is currently remote, but I have been told it may move back to
onsite. My wife is a teacher with a year-to-year contract, and I have 4 kids
and own a house. Relocating isn't out of the question, but it would be quite
difficult.

If there is anything you can add without getting in trouble, I'd be
interested. If I am offered the position, it might help me decide whether or
not to take it. I don't want to make a life change like this without lots of
consideration.

Thanks,

Michael
