Hi Michael, I simply ran into this option a few years ago, whenever I started having to use a timekeeping system, called data, logic software, and well I finally got the hang of their system, it did take some getting used to. Whatever I was having issues, I always reached out to the company and I also reached out to the employee that were having me use the system. So I would recommend reaching out to the people that managed that system, and see if they can make it somewhat accessible to you.
