Accessibility within our Legal and Corporate Affairs (“LCA”)
organization.

Your Impact:
We are looking for a passionate, innovative, strategic individual to
establish and lead the Disabilities @ Work Program, creating
meaningful employment opportunities within Salesforce for the people
with disabilities communities.
Specifically you will:
• Develop programs that make Salesforce an amazing place to work for
people with disabilities
• Enhance our great manager training, mentorship programs, and job coaching
• Partner with Recruiting teams on attracting, sourcing, and hiring
disability talent
• Identify talent pipelines and sourcing partners focused on employing
people with disabilities
• Use metrics and storytelling to communicate success
The Person Most Successful in this Role Will:
• Be flexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented, with a track record of
“getting it done”;
• Have experience with disability inclusion and accessibility;
• Be proactive instead of reactive;
• Don’t be afraid to fail – there will be things you don’t get right initially;
• Have experience developing partnerships with third-party organizations;
• Have a commitment to, understanding of and consideration for  the
multiple facets of workforce development and accessibility;
• Have the ability to track and report on program metrics;
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Google Apps or similar tools, including advanced
expertise with spreadsheets, for leading the complex programs to
produce the deliverables for the OoA;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a highly matrixed organization,
with partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups;
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly evolving workplace;
• Ability to simultaneously manage complex workloads, multiple
demands, and competing priorities under tight deadlines;
• A proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong innovation,
creative and problem-solving skills;
• See the big picture, while having a keen detail orientation;
• Coordinate with a global workforce.
Role Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience with accessibility in a corporate setting
• At least 3 years program management, project management, or
workforce development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
