The value of the role: The ODEO team contributes to DEED's culture work and ensures operational excellence by enforcing Equal Opportunity and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, (DEI) and access for DEED employees and customers. This position will provide early conflict resolution services and investigate complaints of harassment and discrimination. The conflict resolution work performed by this role will be grounded by a multi-cultural, equity lens, that is rooted in DEED's values of equity and inclusion. This role will also perform work that goes above and beyond Equal Opportunity compliance. They will contribute to ODEO's DEI training and development work by helping to design and facilitate trainings/workshops. This position will also advise ODEO partners to nurture an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and provides culturally responsive services to Minnesotans.

Important info to know: The salary range for this position is $27.56 - $40.61/hourly or $57,545 - $84,793/annually. Compensation for the role will depend on qualifications.
