This position serves as the Campus Diversity Officer (CDO) and Affirmative Action Officer (AAO), collaborating with faculty, staff and administrators responsible for outreach, recruitment, retention and completion strategies designed to increase enrollment, persistence and completion and to promote employment and career success for under-represented populations. This position is also charged to develop and lead the College's Equity 2030 strategy to develop, expand and strengthen diversity initiatives to provide an inclusive and equitable climate that ensures a genuine opportunity for participation and success to every individual.
