I wanted to give you all more information on this job. It is a supervisory job in the Workforce Development Unit at Minnesota State Services for the Blind. That means you would supervise Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. Interestingly, it is a union position. It has excellent pay and benefits. Three things: Minnesota does not keep its jobs open for a long time, so you must move quickly! The state system may still have access issues, so call the person on the losing and they will help you apply. The way to get past screening is to make your resume look as much as possible like the job description, including using the same words. But never lie or stretch the truth.
