Social Worker



The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early 
Childhood Program is seeking a school social worker to work with 
students and families of Pre-K children with vision impairments 
and/or multiple disabilities.  This individual should have a 
background in the educational process and the psychosocial 
development of children.  Experience working with children with 
disabilities and their families is preferred.  Position requires a 
Bachelors or Masters degree and NM license in social work.  Will be 
required to become Braille Proficient.  Full-time, 9-month 
contract.  Applications accepted until filled.
