John Dubay runs Leads at Scale, a company that provides customer service to
other companies. He has a potential customer in Germany, and needs to hire
someone who speaks German. This is a work from home job for a company that
has learned that their blind employees outperform their sighted ones. As a

I’ve got an ‘off the wall’ question for you Dick. I spoke with a
prospective client in Europe today. They asked me if we could provide
support in German language. It was only an initial conversation, so I don’t
want to post anything yet, but wonder if you know whether we have any
blind/low vision job seekers who speak German fluently.
