The HR Specialist -Total Compensation position in the Human Resources Division of the Administration Department is a confidential position responsible for providing technical support for the operations of the Division.  Activities include administering the City's benefits programs, coordinating the Payroll processing process in partnership with the Program Assistant, conducting new employee orientations, administering the Affordable Care Act, maintaining the compensation systems, serves as the administrator for the various HR technology tools.  Other duties assigned to the position will be based on a candidate's experience and abilities.
