Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) has been providing pension coverage to Minnesota educators for decades, with a mission to help members and their beneficiaries plan for an independent and financially secure retirement. We are currently seeking job candidates for a new Human Resources (HR) Associate role, to become part of a small, two-person HR Office.

This position will act as a strategic partner to TRA management and as a support resource to TRA staff and Board of Trustees, in the administration of professional-level HR services.  The incumbent will assist in classification, recruitment, and selection; leave administration; labor relations tasks; and data entry and record-keeping activities.  The incumbent will also serve as TRA's Designated Department Insurance representative (DDIR) and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)/HR Training Administrator; complete research related to human resource functions; and participate in HR projects and special assignments.

This position may be eligible for a schedule that includes some teleworking.
