This position provides technical personnel support to the Human Resource Management Division staff and Department of Revenue managers, supervisors, and employees. This includes performing HR transactions entry, reconciliation, problem identification and resolution so that all employee transactions and records are accurately maintained and compliant with established policies, regulations, laws and bargaining unit guidelines, provides support and assistance to staff and customers on personnel issues, and serving as a Designated Department Insurance Representative (DDIR).
