This position will provide development/project leadership for the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of the statewide SWIFT Oracle/PeopleSoft Financial Management (FMS) System; provide team leadership for feasibility/upgrade studies, system designs, implementation, and enhancement of the complex FMS System; provide advanced technical guidance, advice and assistance to state technical staff, state functional staff, and others as needed; perform advanced developer duties including system design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
