As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will be a key part of the Labor Relations team, helping to coordinate the activities of the unit, and providing analysis and recommendations on labor relations actions.  You will have the opportunity to interface with every component of Labor Relations including:

  *   Record and maintain all labor relations data ;
  *   Facilitating the grievance and arbitration processes by gathering information, providing communication to parties involved, and serving as a point of contact;
  *   Assisting in investigations, by gathering information and performing preliminary reviews;
  *   Coordinating the districts drug and alcohol testing plan, unemployment compensation claims, labor management committee meetings and conducting driver license checks.
