The Careers Help Desk Specialist is the initial point of contact for the State of Minnesota Careers website.  This position assists applicants through the job application process via phone and email.  You will respond to questions and provide guidance to the public and state employees regarding the Careers website and the state hiring process.

Additional responsibilities include:

  *   Distributing various communications via GovDelivery.
  *   Scanning and/or transferring documents into a database.
  *   Ensuring documents meet accessibility standards.
  *   Providing clerical support to the Human Resources Management (HRM) division.

This position is currently a telework position due to the pandemic. This position may have the option to telework on a full or part-time basis in the future.
