As a Human Resources Technician with the Minnesota State Lottery, you will provide technical and administrative support services to the Human Resources Office in the following areas:

  *   Process employee and position transactions and generate and analyze human resources information reports.
  *   Benefits and insurance administration including serving as the Designated Department Insurance Representative (DDIR).
  *   Assist in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
  *   Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave coordination.
  *   Record keeping.
  *   Training coordinator.
  *   Administration of bargaining unit contracts and plans, employment laws, and human resource policies and procedures.
