The person in this position will work to recruit and source candidates for positions at all levels of the company. He or she will work at all stages of the recruiting process from resume to drafting the offer letter; including phone screens, team interviews, and reference checks. Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and take initiative are very important for this position. Networking skills and connections in the blindness community as well as a passion for the employment of blind people are also extremely important.
