BrookLynk,
a youth workforce development training program run collaboratively by the cities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center, is looking to hire a talented Program
Coordinator. The BrookLynk Program Coordinator will work closely with program staff and community partners and will be responsible for overseeing the planning
and implementation of BrookLynk's key youth workforce activities including the summer internship program and work readiness trainings offered to youth
14-24. The Program Coordinator's primary duties include recruitment and outreach, youth engagement, employer engagement, data collection, project management,
financial and grant coordination, and supervising summer job coaches.

This position will be responsible for the following results:

* Coordination of BrookLynk's summer internships, work readiness training, and online training series for youth 14-24.
* Support BrookLynk goals and initiatives in collaboration with the Cities of Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, and other partners to enhance college
and career opportunities for youth.
* Coordinate the delivery of high-quality data driven youth programming that benefits the community and demonstrates positive workforce development outcomes.
* Assist with the coordination and implementation of the program's supervisor training and employer engagement.
* Support capacity building efforts to enhance BrookLynk Programs and increase number of participants across Brooklyn Park & Brooklyn Center.
* Develop partnerships with area schools, community organizations, & public sector partners, to build a youth referral and recruitment network
* Recruit, train, and supervise summer job coaches.
* Coordinate and implement job coaching services provided to youth interns.
