The City of Brooklyn Park is looking for a dynamic leader to serve as Assistant City Manager! Could it be you? Come join our Brooklyn Park team in serving a vibrant and culturally rich community of over 86,000 residents. This position serves a key role on the City's Senior Leadership Team and, as Director of the Administration Department, oversees the City Clerk, Communications, Community Engagement, Human Resources, and Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) divisions.

As Assistant City Manager, you'll be at the table for some of the most important decisions that impact Brooklyn Park's residents and become a strategic thought partner for other departments. Diplomacy, cultural competency, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential to succeed in this role.
