This position creates and provides agency-wide training, implements tools to conduct EEO/AA/ADA data analysis and reporting, and conducts investigations of protected class discrimination complaints. This position advises the Commissioner and agency leadership on EEO trends and initiatives, including policy development and implementation, to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.
