Hi All, 

The University of Washington (UW) is accepting applications for Director of Digital Accessibility.  This is Sheryl Burgstahler's position, who is retiring at the end of the month after 40 years of service.

The person in this position will lead the university’s digital accessibility program, a complex institution-wide responsibility that touches all parts of the University. They will be responsible for the vision, evolution, and execution of a portfolio of services that support digital accessibility, working closely with partners across the University in academic and administrative units. They will also lead DO-IT (Disability, Opportunity, Internetworking and Technology), a center dedicated to advancing the success of people with disabilities in education, research and careers, with support from multiple National Science Foundation grants, the State of Washington, and other sources. 

This is a an opportunity to have a huge impact on digital accessibility, not just at the UW but throughout the nation and world.
